Sharne has entered Britains Next Top Coach 2009 - a competition designed to raise the profile of coaching and its benefits to everyone - here is a video to introduce Sharne and why she has entered the competition!
Background:
Sharne has twelve years operational experience of both project and team management within a global blue chip organisation. Her roles have provided her with experience working within a high pressure sales and marketing environment in the UK, Europe and North America. She has been running her own successful coaching and training business since 2002 working with a variety of clients in a wide range of sectors.
Experience:
In addition to personally delivering results, Sharne has developed motivated and successful teams. Her business experience, both as a coach and a line manager includes extensive work with major corporations - examples of the sectors in which she has worked are: construction, utilities, publishing, public sector, Government, financial services, accountancy and automotive.
In addition to her corporate work, Sharne coaches private individuals to inspire and energise them to maximise their potential in all aspects of their lives.
Expertise:
Projects have included: management and employee development; pan-European learning strategy development and implementation; mentoring programmes in North America and Europe; customer satisfaction and loyalty processes in Eastern/Central Europe and EMEA; culture change programme for distributors in the UK and France; organisation development for an Icelandic importer/distributor; design and delivery of various facilitated learning experiences for employee and leadership teams (UK and Europe).
Qualifications:
To complement her accreditation as a Life and Organisational Coach with the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara (one of only four HI qualified coaches in the United Kingdom), Sharne also received her Advanced Coaching Certificate through The Evolutionary Institute.
Her learning experiences and are grounded in adult learning theory as she studied for the Certificate in Training Practice with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
Sharne is an accredited facilitator for the CPI 260, Personal Profile System and Personal Skills Map assessment tools which provide excellent structure to her individual and team coaching. She is also an acredited trainer and the UK Distributor for the True Colors Communications tool. |
