Unlimited Possibilities create tailored training programmes that are delivered face to face in a group environment. We focus primarily on team building and communications skills. Our training programmes offer an interactive way for your employees and colleagues to learn new skills and behaviours.
Clients can be provided with all or some of the whole learning process – training needs analysis to design, delivery and evaluation.
Recent Training Programmes have included:
- DiSC Workshops for the Institute of the Motor Industry. These were designed to enhance the appreciation of differences and develop interpersonal and interdepartmental communications throughout the organisation.
- Cross cultural communications and customer handling skills for GE Capital European Legal and Compliance team. Combining the interactivity of the True Colors with the cross cultural game of Diversophy a cross cultural, multi lingual and geographically remote team learned new ways of working to achieve their common business goals.
- Performance Management - Astra Zeneca Manufacturing. Providing managers with skills to support the introduction of a new performance management and appraisal process which required them to set SMART objectives and coach their people more than had previously been required.
- Effective Appraisals - Oakridge Executive Support Group. Providing more effective appraisal skills to junior managers to help them prepare their own appraisals more effectively using the PARADE process.
- Renewing Teams - Mazda Marketing Europe. Using the Hudson Institute Team Cycle of RenewalTM (a model developed by Frederic Hudson and Pam McLean of the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara) the team learned skills to manage change more effectively and developed team behaviours to help achieve higher levels of performance and team collaboration.
- Enhanced Communications - Anglia Polytechnic University Marketing team - using the True Colors tool the Marketing team learned new ways to collaborate and enhance teamwork using the metaphor of True Colors within the team and with their internal customers.
Background:
In addition to her three years as the European Training Manager for Ford Motor Company, Sharne Van der Burgh studied for her CIPD Certificate in Training practice.
